At Lily & Me, we are committed to creating beautiful, high-quality clothing, championing both care for people and our planet. Our ethical policy is built on transparency, sustainability, and social responsibility, ensuring that along the way our business practices truly align with our values.

Understanding the challenges and impact of the fashion industry on our planet is key. We know we’re not perfect, however we know each considered choice can make a difference.

We work closely with our suppliers and factories to ensure that our fabrics and materials are sourced responsibly. We partner with manufacturers who uphold fair wages, safe working conditions, and workers' rights.

We do not support exploitative labour practices and require our suppliers to adhere to international ethical standards and to maintain standards.

Sustainability is at the heart of our design process. Where possible we source sustainable yarns that use less
water, energy and create less waste. We look to use natural fibres and sustainable alternatives that are less impactful.

Our intention is to continuously improve and reduce each collection's impact on the environment. 

We are committed to reducing waste and lowering our carbon footprint. We strive to create timeless pieces that are made to last, with responsible production and minimising excess stock.

Our individual garments are packaged in recyclable bags made from 70% recycled plastic, whilst our brown paper postage bags can be reused or recycled. 

We avoid excess packaging and champion re-using delivery boxes for all wholesale orders.

Honesty and integrity guide our relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers. We ensure fairness in pricing, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in ethical standards across all areas of our business now and for the future.

As a business, we believe in giving back. We support charitable initiatives, collaborate with local artisans, and invest in community projects that promote sustainability, education, and well-being for all.
